How to Get a Quote:
Please email us with the following details:
- Product description
- Your suburb and postcode
- A contact number
We aim to reply to emails within our usual trading hours.
Delivery Times:
- Major Metropolitan/City Areas: 2-10 working days
- Western Australia, Northern Territory, Tasmania, & Regional/Remote Areas: 5-12 working days
Please note that our freight partner does not deliver to Parcel Lockers or PO Boxes.
Delivery Terms:
- Delivery is conditional upon someone being available to sign for the goods upon arrival. If the delivery includes large or heavy items, you or a representative must assist the driver with unloading.
- All deliveries will be made to the main entrance of the building or house.
- Damaged or Missing Items: Claims cannot be accepted after 48 hours of receiving your goods.
- If no one is available at the time of delivery, an additional charge will apply for rescheduling.
Packaging:
We take great care in packaging your order. For most local and interstate deliveries, goods are typically packed on a skid or pallet for protection during transit.
Dispatch & Delays:
Please be aware that occasional delays may occur. Some products may need to be special-ordered, or require extra care due to their size or fragility, which can affect dispatch times. Weather conditions or transport company delays can also impact delivery schedules.
Please allow extra time for delivery to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.
