Returns & Warranty Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully, as it outlines important information regarding returns, exchanges, and warranty claims.

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. However, please note the following important details:

  • Inspection on Arrival: It is your responsibility to thoroughly inspect all items upon receipt. If you notice any damage, defects, or incorrect items, you must contact us within 24 hours via email at sales@bathrooms2u.com.au.
  • Acknowledgement of Receipt: By accepting the delivery, you acknowledge that the product is in a working and complete condition. Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.
  • Damaged or Defective Items: If an item is found to be damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

  • No Refunds for Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or if the product cannot be used for its prescribed purpose.
  • Damage Due to Misuse: We do not accept returns or offer refunds for products that have been damaged due to deliberate misuse, abuse, physical alteration, tampering, or unauthorized repairs.
  • Custom & Special Orders: Items such as spa baths, stone tops, heated towel rails, custom-made products, discontinued items, ex-display stock, and gift cards are non-returnable.

Refunds & Store Credit

  • Restocking Fee: A 25% restocking fee will apply to all returned goods unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • Returned Items Found Not Defective: If goods are returned under warranty and found not to be defective, we reserve the right to charge for retrieval, shipping costs, and a 25% restocking fee.
  • Exchanges: For exchanges, the fastest method is to return the item, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Warranty

  • Installation Requirements: To ensure the validity of your warranty, all products must be installed by a licensed plumber/tradesperson. Failure to do so may void the warranty.
  • Manufacturer’s Warranty: Most of our products come with a 1-10 year standard warranty (conditions apply). For warranty issues, please contact the manufacturer directly.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Email us at sales@bathrooms2u.com.au with your request.
  2. Provide your order number, product details, and reason for the return.
  3. Returns must be sent to the following address:
    Unit 17/8 Hopper Ave, Ormeau QLD 4208.
  4. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to return the item.
  5. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues:

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you find any damage, defects, or receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately via email at sales@bathrooms2u.com.au so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:

Certain products are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items)
  • Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials (e.g., flammable liquids or gases)

Please contact us if you have questions about specific items.

Refund Processing:

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.

If it has been more than 15 business days since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please reach out to us at sales@bathrooms2u.com.au.
